Hello, I'm Henna.

I hold a Master's degree in Education and I am a certified positive psychology coach, working as a consulting special education teacher.

I have worked for over ten years in a variety of special education roles. My long experience in special pedagogy helps me meet every child calmly, respectfully and with their individual needs in mind. My life is also built around roles that matter deeply: I am a mother of two, a bonus mother, a daughter, an aunt and a godmother. From these roles I draw understanding of the many different situations families live through.

My heart has always been in the wellbeing of children and families. I understand that life with children can be wonderful and exhausting at the same time, and that is why I want to offer gentle and professional support to parents in different stages of life.

I believe that small changes made in everyday moments of interaction can strengthen the connection with a child and increase the wellbeing of the whole family. As a positive psychology coach I help parents strengthen their resources and find small, concrete ways to add positive interaction within the family, one step at a time. In my work I combine research-based knowledge, practical teaching experience and a compassionate, present and listening approach.

I want families to flourish and the interaction at home to support children's growth and development in the best possible way — safely, respectfully and with acceptance.
